What We Will Learn: Together we will cover the critical fundamentals of the North Carolina budget process from an enrollment (revenue) standpoint, including highlighting key issues to help you maximize revenue, revealing tips and tricks to help your school get ahead (or a hold of) their finances, uncover the traps and pitfalls that hurt NC charter schools and answer any questions you may have in a live Q&A. If you are feeling courageous or have a question that does not seem to have a clear answer, we will invite you to share your budget or monthly financial statement in real time for analysis! By the end of this training, you will be better equipped to lead the discussion at your school related to all things budget and finance for your charter school.
