This year's Annual NCAPCS Conference will take place in Charlotte and what better place to celebrate the Crowning Achievements of our NC Charter Schools than in the Queen City!  
As in previous years, we expect over 600 educators, administrators, board members, company representatives, and legislators to continue making this the largest and most exciting Charter event in our state.  Come feel the energy as this impressive community gathers to celebrate NC Charter Schools from the mountains to the sea!
Registration:
Early Bird Registration for Conference Participants will open on March 1st and will close on April 1st.  (No, it is not an April's Fool joke - Early Bird Pricing will go away on April 1st).  Registration will remain open until July 7, 2024.
Planning to bring your family with you to the conference?  They are welcome to join in our meals and activities as long as they are registered as a participant and have a name badge.

Please note, that registration at the conference will be allowed - however, there will be an added $100 fee in addition to the regular registration price for not pre-registering.

What to Expect at the Conference
Our final agenda will not be released until after the proposal deadline, which is later this month.  With that being said, this is what you can expect:  63 breakout sessions, 3 keynote speakers, 2 networking receptions, over 60 vendor sponsors, and lots of fun!

Our call for proposals closed on March 15th.   If you submitted a proposal, please refer to the timeline below for more information on what to expect.

Call for presentation submission deadline

March 18th

The presentation review committee begins evaluating presentations 

April 1

The presentation review committee deadline for selecting presenters

April 3

Selected presenters are contacted to confirm a selection.  

(Confirmation calls will be in the order of submission timestamp to ensure first come, first serve treatment.  Presenters are required to confirm presentation selection by email within 24 hours for recordkeeping purposes).  

April 24

Individuals who were not selected are sent decline emails.

(Some of these may receive callbacks later if selected presenters decline.  If callbacks are done, they will be based on committee ranking rather than submission timestamp).
