This lunch and learn will explain what trademarks and copyrights are, how they are used by public charter schools, and how to properly use trademark and copyrights in the public charter school setting, both to project the school's intellectual property and to avoid infringing other people's trademarks and copyrights.
Short Bio
Donna Ray Berkelhammer founded Legal Direction, protecting and supporting today's small businesses. Legal Direction collaborates with business, nonproift and entrepreneur clients to anticipate their needs and chart a course of action that supports and protects their future growth. Donna understands the legal issues, and breaks them down into practical applications.
